The service I provide is one where YOU will improve your health and fitness in the long term. My aim with clients is simple, to train and educate them in depth about all subjects regarding training and nutrition, so that they are able to become self-sufficient in the long term. The foundations I will set in place will allow anyone to consistently achieve their goals time after time.
My previous clients have ranged from a Radio1 DJ to sports athletes. I am also an editor for the nationwide e magazine StudyFit where each I get to contribute articles on a regular basis. Setting goals is something that I believe is crucial in order to keep an individual’s training schedule focused, so last year I set the goal of competing in both a men’s physique and powerlifting competition.
Each session with me is tailored towards your goal and with me you will be the hardest working person in the gym. I have high standards of myself and I expect the same level of discipline and dedication to be shown by my clients. There are no secrets to success, however with the application of my knowledge, your ‘genetic limitations’ will be removed and your goals realised.
The sessions I offer can vary from the normal 1-2-1 personal training sessions, to more specific fitness topics to the individual such as ‘tactics to overcome binge eating in the long term’.
