Aidan has a strong sporting back ground and enjoyed the challenge of every sport at school. Aidan’s most successful sport was Football where he played as a goalkeeper at academy, county and semi-professional levels.
Developing a keen interest in sports coaching and biochemical movement patterns Aidan discovered health and fitness was the path for him. Upon discovering the gym environment Aidan worked on many methods and techniques to help him overcome not only his own injuries but to help others too. This determination and knowledge has helped the many clients Aidan has worked with to achieve their goals be it for personal aesthetics, weight loss, rehab, injury prevention, training for an event or strength and conditioning to better themselves at their specific sport.
Aidan has put himself through many different challenges too, from running the Survival of the Fittest in Nottingham, stroke for stroke charity 10km row, and training for the Fleet Half Marathon for 2014.
Also a kick boxer and an instructor for ARO Fitness Kickboxing Aidan provides a friendly fun atmosphere to learn a martial art in a non-intimidating environment where fitness and skill are his priority.
