Hello, I’ve been at Hockley Gym for about 4 years now, 2 of those years as an apprentice studying to become a Personal Trainer. Since I’ve been fully qualified I have learnt so much from the people around me and who I work with. I’ve had some amazing clients with some amazing results, I have also helped Hockley Gym go from strength to strength, and recently have become part owner, and becoming more involved has made it even more enjoyable. My greatest achievements over the past 4 years are growing a semi impressive beard and coming 3rd in a charity strongman competition. My plans for the future are to expand my knowledge on health and fitness to help more dedicated clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
