My mission is to help you to feel healthier and fitter. My HIIT classes are fun, energising and challenging. My PT sessions are tailored to the client’s goals with a large variety of exercises. If you are a runner or hope to become one, I have extensive experience building running training plans and body conditioning.
I have a modest garage gym in my house where we can train, or I can come to you wherever you are (within 25 miles of Uxbridge).
