Since receiving my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, I have not only progressed and continued to find ways to perfect my training methods, but have also gained many new qualifications, including; Gym Based Boxing, Sports Nutrition, Circuit, Suspension and Kettlebell training.
Offering a slightly different personal training experience, I utilise a holistic approach aiming for both emotional and physical transformation. I use my background in human psychology to instil a positive belief system in my client’s subconscious mind, and subsequently seeing a mental, emotional, and physical transformation.
I tailor every session to suit my client’s needs. Your workouts with me will be based around your abilities and designed to challenge and push your limits. A fitness journey will always be as enjoyable as it is progressive. I’m a believer in both your emotional and physical transformation!
