In my personal life, I have needed to change many bad habits into good habits over time and I feel I have the capability to encourage others to do the same.

I have helped my clients to achieve very varied personal goals, including weight loss, fat loss/muscle development, improved self image and better general health.
My main emphasis is first of all to help my clients get the right motivation.Then we concentrate on appropriate exercises, good techniques (including posture), and maintaining control over their health at all times. Furthermore, I always to ensure that my clients enjoy or, at the very least, gain personal satisfaction from their training .
I enjoy sports, in particular running, regular use of the gym and bodybuilding and I have played tennis at the equivalent to UK County level. I also enjoy music, travelling, shopping, computer/the internet and television.
