I have the knowledge and skills to get you where you want to be. It is not about ‘killing’ the client, with the most vigorous lung busting, muscle wrenching workouts possible! Fitness is a gradual progression of ‘steps’ on the road to improvement. I will motivate, support and listen to you, while pushing you during training in a progressive way. Training with me is a two way street between me and you. I am passionate about fitness, well researched and client centred. It’s all about you, not me! Every single exercise I include in training is there for a specific reason, and not just a mix & match of random exercises.
