My passion for fitness began from playing football as a child which led to me playing for my local semi-pro football team as a teen. I then gained my BTEC National in Sports & Exercise at West London Academy. From there I developed an interest in body building and transformed my body with basic traditional workouts. I also coached with Fit For Sport who run children’s summer sport camps. My goal is to be able to help all types of clients- whether their goals are to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle or to improve endurance fitness levels. I am able to offer dietary advice to support your training plan.
My training principles are based on Hybrid training. This form of training will help you build athletic muscle and burn fat fast – a combination of full-bodied compound moves, dynamic Olympic lifts and high intensity finishes. Training is constant and never stays the same. This keeps your body guessing and it never gets used to the workouts, it forces it to keep growing and get stronger.
I believe in continual learning to equip myself with sound knowledge and skills to guide and support my clients in achieving their desired goals. Health and fitness is key to a balanced life and optimal function. I take pride in my sessions and want to inspire my clients to challenge themselves and realise their potential. Sessions with me will be empowering, effective and fun- you will leave with a smile!
