Model Fitness is an Australian studio based, and mobile personal training service located in London. Specialising in higher intensity body workouts (or high intensity interval training “HIIT” if familiar). MF’s style was formed after years spent strength training indoors, at conventional gyms which eventually led to allot of boredom.
From this I developed intense interval training sessions in less time it would take to peform older conventional gym work outs. Using minimal apparatuses, achieving better results, and more importantly- getting allot more fun in return! Yes- training should also be fun!!!
Circuits vary depending on each client’s fitness level, and goals. Both compound exercises are performed, mixing in boxing work, where the absolute maximum results are achieved by ensuring multiple muscles are worked simultaneously in order to get you to where your fitness goals are set.
Model Fitness doesn’t buy into taking short cuts or quick easy fads. Only after hard work has been put in, can one truly appreciate the afterburn of improved overall wellbeing and increased fitness levels. Furthermore decreasing the potential for harmful diseases to begin; by leading a healthy active lifestyle the risks are dramatically reduced. It’s a no brainer and a philosophy MF lives by.
