I do things differently from the rest.
For me coaching is about teaching and inspiring people to get to where they want to go not simply counting reps and shouting “come on dude dig in” as so many trainers now do.
I teach a complex selection of movements with varying levels of difficulty for people of all ages regardless of current level (there is always something you can do).
These movements consist of gymnastics, break dancing, martial arts and natural movements(crawling,balancing,jumping etc) but before any of that can happen i like to run a little functional assessment to protect your joints from all the stress and strain that gymnastics has to offer.
