I am very passionate about achieving your health and fitness goals. I will go that extra mile to make sure you hit your targets and results. I first trained in the army for 8 years, competing and training with my regiments boxing team. I have now competed and completed in the obstacle course racing events at an elite professional level. As a trainer, will I aim to help strength and weight training and as my specialty in cardiovascular and sprints training. When I train, or train my clients in my program I always try and get the best it can and learn new and more exciting training methods to reach new and better results.
