An open Personal Trainer who helps in not only weight loss but also bodybuilding, toning, flexibility and nutrition. Each session is tailored to help in meeting your targets. I have plenty of meal plans to help whilst training. My routines can be a challenge but are effective and fun. All sessions start and finish with positivity and a lot of hard work.
