I like to think I’m a PT with a difference… I am an all mobile PT who trains clients at home, outside, at a private studio or their place of work. This is due to my belief that gyms are not the best fit for everyone and that really great fitness results can be achieved without paying for gym memberships.
Consequently my workout approach is very flexible and dynamic. I often use a mix of fun cardio training such as HIIT, kettlebells, or boxing pads, alongside free weights and various body weight and stretching exercises drawn from yoga and Pilates.
I have experience training clients who suffer from or have:
– knee and back problems
– plantar facistiis
– anxiety and depression
– pre and post natal
– low blood pressure
Much of my motivation for my clients lies in helping them unpick their own motivations and giving them positive reinforcement while also pushing them within their limits. I believe in making fitness as fun and positive as possible while achieving goals. Many of my clients have said after just a few sessions that they are surprised how much they have come to enjoy training!
I also have a qualification in nutrition and can help with ongoing nutritional support.
My payment plans reward those who train more frequently so long-term clients get the cheapest possible rate.
