My focus is on practical and achievable changes in exercise and nutrition, leading to long-term lifestyle modifications. I have personally experienced the fantastic benefits of changing to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I love what I do – working with people to help them achieve a happy, healthy balance in life.
I have a decent understanding of medical conditions, both physical and psychological, from a personal and theoretical standpoint. I started working out at a gym in South Africa after a knee injury and fell in love with it. I also did horse-riding for many years, played squash in my spare time, and swam whenever I had a chance.
