I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.
I’ve been working with a variety of ages with different goals and backgrounds what I have found out over this time is that you can achieve your goals if you have got someone pushing you but also making it fun at the same time which is what I aim to do I every session.
My methods in which I train vary from HIIT training, Core Stability, Functional training, Strength And Endurance training or if you have any anger to release then we can do some boxing pad work which is always enjoyable.
