In 2008 I started my journey into fitness, I spent the first 2 years training very hard and getting very minimal results which were extremely frustrating as I was putting in a great effort to make a change but seeing nothing! It wasn’t until I really started to educate myself on how the human body reacts to exercise and nutrition that I saw results that I was happy with. Since then I’ve loved helping people with their own goals in fitness, making so many mistakes myself over the first two years I am really able to spot and pin point where people are going wrong, provide motivation and ensure they exceed their goals.
I studied to get my level 3 personal training qualification in 2014 since then I’ve picked up a lot coaching techniques which has further increased my skills in getting people the results they want in the fastest time possible.
