I am a Personal Trainer and nutritionist with a Level 3 diploma based in Watford. I use a variety of training approaches such as body weight workouts, free weights, boxing, mma (mixed martial arts), kettlebells, resistance bands, cardio and core body work to enable you to improve fitness, posture, flexibility, endurance and body shape.
I can train you at your home, work place or outdoors in your local park. I want to help you achieve your fitness, health and lifestyle goals. I am easy to speak to, down to earth, and good with people, from the moment we meet you will understand why I help people with their fitness goals, and you will be ready to start work. My price structure is simple and uncomplicated, you can book us for an hour at a time or save money by booking multiple sessions.
