I have been a Personal Trainer/ Coach for many years. I started out coaching high Jump and athletics from the age of 16.
I have helped a wide range of people over the years from those less abled to a former world record holder.
Yet my proudest moment so far as a personal trainer was from helping a young lady prepare for her IVF due to having ectopic pregnancies in the past – a tall order – yet very rewarding. I got her weight and body fat down, I also helped improve her confidence and performance in her 5k runs. She was successful in her mission in being a mum after the terrible losses prior.
This is why this is my proudest moment as a personal trainer and as a human being.
No matter who you are or where you are from – I do what I can to help you. The road is long – it is not short and quick. Habits take time to unlearn and relearn. Its all about our lifestyle and what we do outside of our workouts that make a big difference in how much of a result we get.
Im not one for FAD diets and miracle supplements.
Im all for helping you to learn about food and the human body and how to empower you to make better choices – so when we finish you will be able to carry on the work and help someone else.
Session will not be easy – you will be pushed to your limit. I will give you the push you need.
