Hello, my name is Ed Brown, I have been a personal trainer for over 17 years and worked with thousands of people with a vast range of health and fitness goals, from running their first 5k to complete health and body transformations.

I combine strength training, interval training, Pilates and nutrition. This combination enables me to design varied and effective comprehensive training programs that will sculpt your physique, reduce body fat, and improve core strength and posture.

With over two decades of training experience combined with a diploma certification in NLP, I understand the impact of mindset and positive reinforcement whilst training, you will also discover strategies and affirmations that will maintain a positive mindset and alleviate stress.

RUNNING AND OUTDOOR COACHING

My passion for running began when I was training to join the Parachute Regiment, I started running and got hooked instantly. The feeling was incredible. I continue to run and promote running and outdoor exercise two decades later. If you love to train outdoors,combining running with full body conditioning exercise are effective for injury prevention, fat loss, posture and overall health.
