My passion for sports started in primary school whilst playing Netball with the under 11s side in my Borough. As I grew older, I developed a passion for running and joined the Athletics team at university. Shortly after that I found Capoeira, a Brazilian Martial Art that mixes, acrobatics, gymnastics and calisthenics with martial arts. From here I developed a true love for movement, pushing my body to try new things regardless of age, and the enjoyment of being healthy and fit. I have taken that outlook and passion and applied to all areas of my life and fitness in particular.
I believe everyone can challenge themselves to find new limits, discover the athlete within them, and enjoy the journey at the same time.
I deliver personal training sessions to males and females who want to realise their full potential, whether just starting out or already familiar with working out, who want to challenge their limits and find a new level of health and fitness, and discover the athlete within.
