Hi, I’m Eloise. I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher and certified health coach. My mission is to help women become their happiest, healthiest and fittest selves! I’m committed to helping my clients develop strength, confidence, and optimal health, using exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
I am a big advocate of taking a holistic approach to health. If you’re sleeping badly and stressed out (as so many of us are these days) the wrong approach to training and nutrition can do more harm than good. You may have heard the saying ‘you can’t out-train a bad diet’ and that is certainly true. However, many people are less aware of the importance of other lifestyle factors such as proper rest, stress reduction, improving sleep habits etc.
Hitting the gym for an hour a day is unlikely to help you reach your goals if you’re not also developing healthy habits for the remaining 23 hours of the day. That’s why I conduct a thorough screening interview with every new client to understand their own unique circumstances. I use this information to create a personally tailored plan that covers nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle factors to ensure that you get the best possible results and reach your goals, whatever they may be.
