Here’s a bit about me: I am 23 years old from Croydon and am currently studying my masters degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology at the University of Greenwich. I have a sports background and have played various sports throughout my life, with my main one being basketball. I have picked up a lot of information about leading a healthy lifestyle as well as balanced one and am always looking to further my knowledge.
I believe that feeling healthy and being confident in yourself is the key to happiness, and exercise is a fantastic way to make this happen. I am truly passionate about health and fitness as well as making a difference to other people’s lives so if you are looking for some guidance, advice, or even just a little bit of extra motivation and support, I would love to help you out.
