I have always loved exercise in whatever form it comes in. I spent 5 and a half years training to be a stuntman, which covered a wide variety of training.
It was later on in my life that i began to properly understand the importance of having correct technique when performing exercises and it was fairly recently that i found a deep passion for helping others when people started coming to me for advice and seeing the progress that they made from my help is an amazingly rewarding feeling. I love sharing the knowledge that i have learnt over the years and help others achieve there goals and dreams.
I was introduced to crossfit a few years ago, which changed the way i looked at exercising and introduced me to calisthenics.
Nothing is impossible when you put your mind to it!
I now focus mainly on body weight based exercises with kettle bells thrown in occasionally. The body is capable of doing amazing things with the right training and i love teaching myself new, tougher movements, which in turn i will pass on to any client who would like to learn them. I can help anyone from losing a few pounds to getting into the best shape of your life.
