Having been in the Fitness industry since 2006 my favourite thing to see is a nice deep squat with good form. I want to help you reach the targets you have set yourself and put together high quality training program to help you get there. Exercise should be tough but you should enjoy it.
Here’s a little about me. I love sport and fitness. I have played AFL for Great Britain at two international tournaments (where I was also voted into Team Europe), 1st XV for Chobham and Guildford Rugby Clubs and 1st XIII for Guildford Giants Rugby League and South England at an amateur level. I have also had the opportunity to race at Henly Royal Rowing Regatta on two occasions, I have also competed at Judo, Badminton Ultimate and Crossfit.
In 2011 I suffered a major knee injury taking me out of sport completely, after 3 years of operations and rehab I am now back and better than ever. I have also started trying different types of training to broaden my knowledge, most recently Olympic Lifting. I now want to use all knowledge I have built up to train you hard and effectively as possible. Exercise is a way of life and I am here to help you. Work out like your life depends on it because it does!
I love sports and fitness. I enjoy emparting my knowledge and development skills to others as much as training and enhancing myself.
As well as my fitness qualifications I have studied and gained a number of sports coaching awards and studied teaching whilst at university.
