My main fitness passion is running & I love to mix exercise with travel so I enjoy international races or cycles across the country.
I’m fully qualified to Level 3 personal training including ante / postnatal, circuits, kettlebells, nutrition for fitness and also first aid.
I’m able to assist you in reaching your full potential, and providing all the support and encouragement you’ll need along the way!
My own achievements include 5 marathons, 3 half marathons, 2 10ks, and a half tough mudder.
