I have been on my own fitness journey in the last few years dropping from nearly 100kg down to 85. There are a lot of variables when it comes achieving your goals, and I am here to ensure you have the knowledge you need to reach whatever goal you have. My approach focuses on 3 main areas – training, nutrition and lifestyle. I like to fully assess where you are and then put into practice small, sustainable steps within these 3 main areas that are going to help you achieve your goals in an efficient and healthy way.
