I have been involved in the fineness industry coming up to 22 years. Continuously updating with additional knowledge placing myself on top of the game, combined with a wealth of knowledge.
I have had a love for sports from a young age, having committed to years in the art of Kyshindo (martial arts), later going onto the art of Muay Thai (Kick-Boxing) for six years, and a lingering background of over fifteen years Boxing still to this date.
I am a fully accredited Personal Trainer including:
Weight Management & Nutrition.
In addition I am also a level: 3 Sports conditioning coach and advanced nutritionist- level 4, as well as a master trainer in flexi-bar and a food intolerance practitioner, are just some to mention to my continuing achievements.
I also teach various group fitness classes ranging from:
Advance spinning, Advance Circuits/Boot-camps, Core, Body conditioning, LBT, Toning/conditioning, Pump (freestyle), Stability Ball, Chair Based Exercises, Dyno-Band stretching, Children’s Fitness (CRB checked), Kettle-bell and TRX & Rope Training.
I come from a psychology and life coaching background and strongly believe in training both the body and mind. As a result of testing this method on myself, once weighing 15 stones feeling the effects of depression and the not feeling the good factor. I am in a position not only as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Professional in achieving my clients goals, but an experience that comes from the heart, that’s changed my life and clients I have work with,all reaching a satisfactory outcome.
I promote health & fitness as a lifestyle not a fad, and I believe in educating my clients along the way as a must.
I have competed and took to the stage at the first ever London show at The O2 Indigo for the WBFF in bikini category as well as boxing matches with an unbeaten record to this day.
My approach to fitness is realistic knowledgable and I train my client according to their body type for best results.
