I have been a freelance Personal Trainer for over 13 years, boxed and played football to a high level. My aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with your workout program, stay motivated to achieve your personal fitness goals and have lots of fun whilst training towards your goal. I also provide nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you to improve your eating and lifestyle habits. I conduct individual personal fitness training sessions, monitor performance and instruct on the safe and effective usage of free-weights, cardiovascular and resistant training equipment, and provide a high level of personalised attention during personal training sessions.
I offer a range of services from customised training programmes for those who don’t want to commit to regular personal training to those who want to train to a high level in their chosen sport or discipline. I get a buzz out of watching my clients progress to a high level of fitness and teaching them how to exercise correctly, safely and efficiently. Prices start from £35.00 per hourly session depending on the package purchased. I also do 45 and 30 minute session packages to suit your pocket and the type of training required.
