My name is Jack and I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am also a Hatton Academy Qualified boxing instructor and kettlebells coach. I have experience helping clients of all ages and ability reach their fitness goals!
With Swing & Hit Fitness, focus is on the use of boxing pad work and strength training through kettlebells, along with other bodyweight exercise, to see results efficiently whilst having fun at the same time.
I offer completely individualised Personal Training at your own home in 1 hour sessions. As your Personal Trainer, my goal is not only to deliver you effective workouts, but to help you find out what works for you in order to create healthier habits and change your life for the better.
