I’m James, a level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. I put my focus into providing functional training that benefits you in every day life and promotes healthy and sustainable living. Each session will be tailored to you as an individual to reach your own goals such as; lose body fat,improve mood and confidence, strengthen and tone your body, improve posture and reduce stress/aches on your joints.
My fitness background comes from Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and gymnastics, and i believe in training in the most effecient way to get results by combining the science of physiology with the art of exercise training in each session.
