From a young age I have always had a keen interest in sports & fitness, in 2010 I co owned a gym with my wife in Ladbroke Grove this is when I decided to take my passion for fitness to the next level professionally.
I have a love for functional training using a range of different methods; Bodyweight Training, Olympic Lifting, Crossfit, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Calisthenics.
I took the decision to complete an apprenticeship with YMCA Fitness to get my PT qualification; I also studied other courses CF L1, Kettle bell Training, Suspension Fitness, Indoor Cycling to give myself a wider scope and knowledge as a trainer. I am also still looking to learn and increase knowledge still to this day as I believe learning is ongoing no matter how experienced you are, knowledge is power which is what I install into each client I train.
