Hi I’m James. I first found my love for Personal Training at around the age of 15. From there I literally took any course in school that I knew would improve my knowledge. I finished school after my A-Levels and took my Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification and got a job with a top Health Club. I have been in the fitness industry now for around 2years and Personal Trainer now for a Year.
Throughout the last 2years I have been trying to find myself and where I am good at and what I enjoy most. Overtime I have learnt that I love to help people achieve there body composition goals and this is where I specialise in. Body Composition is more to do with fat loss and muscle building but also involves leading a healthy lifestyle. You will start to learn about proper training, nutrition, hormones, sleeping, supplementation more to achieve the body you desire.
I am always looking to improve my knowledge on these areas by attending seminars and taking courses. I also like to keep in touch with Coaches who have achieved amazing results with there clients to find the most effective ways of training etc.
When training with me you wont just be getting a normal personal trainer who you come and see go through a plan and that’s it. Even when you are not with me you are more then welcome to message me and ask as many questions as possible. I want you to feel like you are walking away with more then just results but also the knowledge on training, nutrition, supplementation, sleeping etc to do it yourself.
