Training programmes are individually developed for each of my clients, focusing on long term goals and results. I work with people from all walks of life, beginners through to experienced athletes and I know exactly what it takes to accomplish any target you set yourself.
Sport and fitness is my life passion. I have taken part and accomplished many sporting events, such as a bodybuilding competitions, marathons, obstacle races, Spartan or Bear Grylls.
