I am a firm believer in the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle and my aim is to help get more people moving and to help them find as much joy in exercise as I do.
Whatever your current fitness and activity levels and whatever your goals I can help. Every training session is personal to the individual and based on their specific situation and goals.
Whether you want to train as an individual or in a small group, in your local park or at home we will work together to help you achieve your goals.
I am a big believer that working out and improving your fitness should be fun as well as challenging. As such, training methods will be varied including a variety of body weight and resistance exercises as well as cardiovascular work. Together we will ensure you are enjoying your sessions whilst making steady progress towards your goals in a structured manner.
