I am an experienced personal trainer who has been working out and involved in fitness for 10 years. I have a huge passion for fitness, weightlifting and working out generally. I am a very dedicated, hardworking and driven individual and I will be absolutely determined to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, tone up, or just to keep fit, whether you are male or female, I will help you by tailoring personal training sessions for you to help achieve your goals. The sessions will be designed to get the best out of you but will be fun and enjoyable as I believe working out and exercising should always be fun.
So whether you have a wedding coming up that you’re trying to get in shape for, whether you’re preparing for a marathon or long distance run, whether you’re going on holiday and want to look your best, or whether you are just trying to make some improvements to your body or overall health I can help you achieve your targets. Additionally, I can provide nutritional support as this is a fundamental part of fitness, helping to ensure you reach your goals.
I am based in Holloway and Wembley in North London, but I am mobile and willing to cover areas across the whole of London. The training sessions can take place in your home, my home, the park or anywhere you feel comfortable, it is entirely up to you. I am flexible and available throughout the day.
