ANT Health & Fitness separates itself by being ran by an individual who is always looking at ways to expand and share knowledge acquired through professional training and practical application. ANT Health has a proven track record of providing nutritional consultations that have led to improved performance with a range of athletes including professional womens’ super league (WSL) footballers as well as amateur endurance athletes. The success achieved with elite and amateur athletes co-insides with notable results by using individualised training programs and thorough nutritional support with those new to training and those that have been striving for improved results. With a L3 diploma in personal training, as well as a BSc. (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham, Jodie is currently working towards an MSc in Sports Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and is ISAK certified to take accurate body fat % readings using skinfold calipers. Jodie is also a UK Anti-Doping advisor. Alongside her MSc Jodie is also undertaking L4 certification in strength and conditioning. A regular attendee at sports science conferences and workshops; attendance at these events are used to inform the nutrition and training consultations delivered, to ensure that clients of ANT Health are always receiving cutting edge programming and nutrition support. Jodie is always looking at better ways to support clients of ANT Health & Fitness to succeed, no matter what the individual goal.
