Having worked as a Youth Worker for 15 years, I moved towards Personal Training as I became more conscious and passionate about my own health & fitness.
For me, Personal Training is all about supporting YOU to bring exercise, good nutrition and positive healthy lifestyle choices more and more into your daily routines.
I aim to make every training session different from the last to keep you on your toes and so that you have the opportunity to learn new techniques and build increased confidence in various forms of exercise and movement patterns.
I guarantee that even if you come new to Personal Training and with some fear, you will leave feeling great and enjoying your training, not just simply slogging through it.
I offer 1to1 training as well as 2to1 training where people want to train with a partner or friend. I also offer a Mums Thursday morning fitness group in Finsbury Park
