Hi I’m John McGovern, fully qualified level 2 and 3 Personal Trainer.
After working in retail for 10 years I quit my job and decided to pursue my ambition to help as many people as possible though fitness and wellbeing.
I am currently involved in 1-2-1, small group PT, large group classes and marathon training. I also have expertise in nutrition to ensure exercise is supported by healthy balanced eating.
