Highly motivated and knowledgeable personal trainer with 5 years of experience working freelance in designing and monitoring exercise programs based on clients’ needs, goals, abilities, and anatomy. My preferred area is in strength conditioning and Hypertrophy, Working in small groups and individually. I have worked with every category of clients, special need groups to highly trained individuals. Often many clients are for weight loss or muscle gain and often both. Group training classes include circuits as well and HIIT circuits.
