I go to the gym and exercise on a regular basis. Staying fit and healthy is something I take very seriously and my desire to reach my personal goals always helps me stay focussed on what I am trying to achieve. If I can’t use the gym, then I will use the park. As well as strength training, I also train for endurance and flexibility. Being very athletic allows me to take part in a wide range of physical activities such as Judo and Football.
With Judo being the sport I am most passionate about, I currently take a children’s class (aged 4-13 years) during the week at my local Judo club. I am Black Belt and have represent Enfield Judo Club and Great Britain in various competitions across Europe. I’ve trained and competed with some of the best Judoka’s in the world and have seen first-hand what it takes to become a successful world class athlete. Competing in competition is something I will always love to do; however, I enjoy the thrill of coaching and helping someone achieve their goals. Coaching Judo is definitely something I want to progress and develop my skills in. I feel that with time and experience, I will be able to bring the best out of anybody. This is also why I’ve pursued a career in personal training. I have a passion for training and for teaching other how’s to train safely and effectively. Whether a person wants to lose weight, gain wait, or increase muscular endurance and strength, I’m your man.
