My aim is to create a creative yet challenging enviroment for you to reach your goals. I mainly use functional training, with a mixture of HIIT and other fun ways to get you motivated and stay committed. I train from my home in Maidenhead which is perfect for people without gym memberships and those who do not feel comfortable in a gym. Not only will I boost your confidence, I will guide you with your nutrition and give you a programme to use outside of our sessions.
