About me
After having children I put on a large amount of weight. Something that had never happened to me before. I had always been fit and slim. Trying different diets made me realise just how hard it can be to lose weight without the right advise and encouragement at hand. I invested in a PT. This changed my whole out look on fitness and health. It was my own PT who suggested becoming a PT myself. I studied as a mature student to achieve my qualification. I now enjoy the flexibility I can offer my clients and the encouragement and service I offer.
Getting a good PT who will help you set goals and advise on how to stick to them. Combined strength with cardio exercise, one without the other is not as effective and will take longer to reach your desired goal. Remember that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Never give up, push through the difficult times. As your PT I will help you all the way on your journey.
