After a long career in the Photographic Industry I decided to make my passion my career, I have been training on a regular basis for over 30 years and pride myself on a great knowledge in how to achieve results quickly with people that have different goals. I keep up-to-date with training trends, currently favouring the TRX suspension system, TRX Rip Trainer and Kettlebells. I am also have a qualified Pilates Instructor which I practise on a daily basis.
