HI guys! My name is Kiran, I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. My journey in fitness started 10 years ago having been overweight for most of my life I struggled with my confidence, my self image and my body. I have created a healthy, fun and empowering way of getting fitter, stronger and healthier. I want to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be: losing weight, walking up stairs without getting out of breath, having a beautiful self image, or all of the above, my aim is to help and support you through this journey in becoming the best you can be.
I enjoy creating fun gym routines using a mixture of boxing, running, weight training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) kettle bells, TRX, body weight circuits, Vipers and sandbags. Variety is the name of the game!
I thrive to make session upbeat, challenging, fun with the ultimate aim of making you move and get that body confidence you deserve.
