Hey im Kristina March a qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor. When i first joined the gym i hired a Trainer myself to help achieve my goals. This is when i realised that i wanted to become a Personal Trainer to help others reach there health and fitness goals. Aswell as creating a nutritional diet plan to help them get the most from there training sessions and achieve there goal in less time. I did a few weeks work experience while at college training a girls only group. Helped them use all the equipment available and the best ways to get to where they wanted to be.
