I’ve been a very active person from a young age. Taking part In a range of sports. I started training my self at the age of 16 when I was playing rugby for an academy. From then on my passion for making my self better grew, I knew that with my sporting background and passion to succeed I would be able to help motivate and guide others to achieving the fitness goal they dream of.
