I am dedicated to creating a client-specific program designed to improve the overall fitness and well-being of my clients whilst making it fun. After all, if you want to see benefits then you need to work hard and enjoy it.
My programmes are based on strength conditioning, nutrition and aerobic training. I don’t believe in offering an hour of my time 2-3 times a week, so I offer packages which includes 24/7 contactability with me and nutritional advice throughout.
I haven’t always been fit and healthy however I went through a lot of health issues, lots of trial and errors and now I am on the right path. The ways I have trained myself in the past have included Crossfit, Kick-boxing, Dancing (Salsa, Tango & Pole), Swimming, HIIT, hiking and Pilates.
