Bear fitness are two female personal trainers, based in London. We train in a variety of locations, in studios, outdoors, at home, in our garden – the choice is yours. We train at gyms in Victoria, Pimlico, Marble Arch and Clapham, however will also look at areas closer to you!
We are both qualified to a high level and have great success with clients of all ages, genders and fitness levels.
One half of bear fitness specialises in weight loss and running, whilst the other half focuses on muscle gain and improved strength.
All new clients receive a free consultation, fitness and movement assessment and personalised programme with nutritional advice.
