Lauren is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer who specialises in resistance training, HIIT, TRX and kettlebells. She is highly passionate about boxing, having 10 years of boxing training under her belt and uses pad work as another training style to get clients fit while having fun. Lauren worked at one of London’s top fitness studios before moving to Dubai and comes from a high-level football background playing for the last 25 years for clubs such as Crystal Palace and Croydon Ladies where she was known for her excellent work ethic and high level of fitness and training experience. Lauren plans her sessions and nutritional guidance around her clients needs, specialising in fat loss and increasing lean muscle for body transformations. Lauren’s passion for life and wellbeing is contagious and she incorporates a ‘never give up’ attitude into her training.
