I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 10 years from gym instructor , aerobics instructor to personal trainer. I used to work at the University of exeter where I used to fitness train the ladies netball team, mens and ladies badminton and squash teams. And jnr tennis teams as well. So as well as training sports teams I started my own personal training company at the university where I had over 40 clients. Now I have moved to London I want to I’m staring to build my clientele up again.
I have a bit of a sporting background from football to cricket and mountain biking. My my big passion is the gym I love it try to train 5 days a week from muscle building to toning and circuit training .
I also teach spinning classes which is indoor cycling to music such a great class gets your heart rate racing and you could burn up to 1000 calories each session.
So thats a little bit about my background.
If you are looking to increase your all round fitness , tone lose weight or have a fitness challenge you are aiming for I can help. We can train outside or I can do home visits. I am in the process of trying to find a room so I can set up a little gym.
